Crispy truffle kale chips

Serving Size: 4-6
Ingredients:
1 bunch green kale (approx. 8 stems)
2 TBSP infused early harvest extra virgin olive oil – Tuscan herb
For sprinkling, black truffle-infused sea salt
For dipping, spicy avocado dressing
Directions:
STEP 1
Preheat your oven to 275 degrees F.
STEP 2
Wash and dry the kale thoroughly, patting until fully dry.
STEP 3
Remove the stems from the kale, then cut or tear them into 1 ½ inch pieces.
STEP 4
Lay onto a clean baking sheet, pour olive oil, then use your hands to toss.
STEP 5
Once evenly coated with oil, sprinkle with truffle sea salt.
STEP 6
Bake until crisp for about 20 minutes. Be sure to flip kale midway through cooking.
STEP 7
Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve in a bowl with a side of spicy avocado dressing for dipping.
