Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas, mashed

3 eggs - The Eggstore - Enriched White Eggs

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1/4 cup honey - BC Buzz Honey - Cinnamon Honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups flour (any)

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp himalayan salt - The BOG Riverside Cranberry Farm - Pink Himalayan Salt

1/4 cup steeped tea (cooled) - Nu-Tea Company - Luxury Kama Sutra Whole Leaf Chai

Optional:

Icing Glaze

Tea leaves for garnish

 

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

 

STEP 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, melted coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

 

STEP 3

Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until the batter is smooth and well combined. Pour the steeped tea into the batter and mix until combined.

 

STEP 4

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

 

STEP 5
