Freeze-Dried Strawberry Power Breakfast Bowl

Recipe

Prep Time: 5

Cool Time: 8 hours to overnight

Serving Size: 2

Ingredients:

1 Pack of Freeze-Dried Strawberry – Origo Foods

1 Pack Strawberry Chia Pudding – Mindfoods

½ Cup Goat Milk Yogurt – Goat’s Pride Dairy

1 Cup Goat Milk – Goat’S Pride Dairy

2 – 3 Tbsp Hemp Seeds – Avafina Organics

2 – 3 Tbsp Flax Seeds – Avafina Organics

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds – Avafina Organics

1 Tbsp Honey (or to taste!) – Bee Kind Honey

Bee Pollen – BC Buzz Honey

Directions:

STEP 1

In a medium mixing bowl add one pack of strawberry chia pudding, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds and combine until well mixed.

STEP 2

Next, add goat milk and stir until well mixed. Then, add in goat yogurt and combine until you get a nice consistency.

STEP 3

Add one pack of freeze-dried strawberries and drizzle the honey. Gently fold in the fruit to not break it apart in pieces.

STEP 4

Carefully scoop into mason jars or a glass container with a seal-tight lid. Leave room as the oats and seeds will expand!

STEP 5

Refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours to overnight for a thick hearty meal. When ready to eat, stir the chia pudding and top with bee pollen and more strawberry freeze-dried fruit!
