Recipe Notes:

Yorkshire puddings are originally made from meat drippings such as roast beef for that special dinner occasion; however, this simple four ingredient list recipe will wow your guest! Add sweet filling such as jam compote, fresh whipped sweet cream, or make it savoury with whipped ricotta cheese or smoked salmon with lemon crème fraiche!
