Brisket is possibly the best known beef in the BBQ/smoking world, as well as used for pastrami and corned beef. This boneless cut is best enjoyed slow cooked.

Product weights are approximate, and can vary slightly. All products are delivered frozen. Winners beef is raised on our family farm located in the heart of the Fraser Valley without the use of hormones or steroids, and fed locally grown forages.
