Our prime rib is a standing rib roast with excellent marbling and a distinct buttery flavour. Best seasoned simply, with fresh herbs, lemon zest, garlic or even Dijon mustard.

Product weights are approximate, and can vary slightly. All products are delivered frozen. Winners beef is raised on our family farm located in the heart of the Fraser Valley without the use of hormones or steroids, and fed locally grown forages.
