Wildflower Honey - 500 grams

Pantry | Honey & Sweeteners

Bee pollen refers to the flower pollen that collects on the legs and bodies of worker bees. It can also include some nectar and bee saliva. Pollens come from many plants, so the contents of bee pollen can vary significantly. Our wildflower honey comes from hives throughout Western Canada and the hives are placed away from farm land. Wildflower honey means the bees gather nectar from naturally occurring flowers and plants in that area. The color and taste of wildflower honey can range greatly depending upon the location of the hives. Our wildflower is amber in color, with a rich, sweet taste that pairs well with almost anything.

[1] Wildflower Honey 500 grams Not too fruity and not to floral, it is a nice balanced honey that works great as a sugar replacement in coffee or tea. Try it on ice cream, on pancakes with peanut butter, or add some to your next charcuterie board.
