We couldn’t just stop at smoking olives! Artichokes were next and a tapenade had to be made with these incredible globes. So we did just that and it is delicious! We kept it clean and bright with minimal ingredients; Artichokes, Castelvetranos, Capers, Lemon Juice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic and Parsley. This is perfect on a cracker, spread on a flatbread or mixed into a light summer pasta. Enjoy!!
