Perhaps the most famous wild mushroom in the world, the morel is used in cuisine on every continent. It is unlike any other mushroom, with a slightly meaty, nutty flavour it is easy to understand why it is so loved. Morels go well in many dishes from steak to pasta, or even soups as a natural flavour enhancer.
