Greenleaf lettuce is a green (looseleaf) Lolla Rossa type. The incredibly dense, frilly leaves are green. The stiff frills help separate other leaves in salads and add a lovely green colour. Our lettuce heads are raised in a clean indoor hydroponics system, so no pesticides/sprays are ever used. The gourmet heads are more flavorful than conventional lettuce, making it an ideal component in any salad or sandwich.

All lettuce heads are harvested the day of delivery, with their grow plugs attached, to help extend shelf life and to ensure the highest nutrient content and freshest produce possible.
