Parris Island Romaine lettuce provides good flavor and texture to salad mix. Its dark-colored leaves are thick and have an excellent, crisp texture. and the heads are very dense. Our lettuce heads are raised in a clean indoor hydroponics system, so no pesticides/sprays are ever used. The gourmet heads are more flavorful than conventional lettuce, making it an ideal component in any salad or sandwich.
