Our company first was incorporated back in 1987 in Vancouver, B.C. and it has evolved over the years expanding our list of products and what we have to offer our customers. Canadian Select is a small family-owned business now currently running a business in Coquitlam, B.C. We are proud of our local products, and happy to say we have been around since 1987. We produce locally caught wild smoked salmon products, both sockeye and pink fish along with our seafood pate spreads.
