Generally considered one of the most prized steaks, the T-Bone consists of both the short loin (New York steak) and the tenderloin .

Product weights are approximate, and can vary slightly. All products are delivered frozen. Winners beef is raised on our family farm located in the heart of the Fraser Valley without the use of hormones or steroids, and fed locally grown forages.
