Green Salad Bowl is a voluminous oak leaf lettuce with a high leaf count and light colored, shiny leaves with a nice flavor and good texture. Our lettuce heads are raised in a clean indoor hydroponics system, so no pesticides/sprays are ever used. The gourmet heads are more flavorful than conventional lettuce, making it an ideal component in any salad or sandwich.
