The tenderloin, otherwise known as the filet, is arguably the most sought after cut of beef. Known for it's distinct tenderness, beef tenderloin is often prepared wrapped in bacon which adds to this flavourful cut.

Product weights are approximate, and can vary slightly. All products are delivered frozen. Winners beef is raised on our family farm located in the heart of the Fraser Valley without the use of hormones or steroids, and fed locally grown forages.
