This cake combines fresh mango, coffee and mango hojicha tea for a sweet bite full of depth, perfect for sharing a precious moment with your dad. The fresh mango pairs extremely well with the roastiness of hojicha and coffee. And in return, the hojicha and coffee helps bring out the freshness from the mango.
