This oil is extracted from English walnuts, slowly roasted to perfection, then expeller-pressed and lightly filtered. The rich and sophisticated flavour of roasted Californian walnuts is exceptionally tasty and adds an elegant aroma and flavour to salad dressings and baked goods.

It is cholesterol-free, rich in antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids.
